Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas with Shredded Gruyère

These cheesy gruyere ranch quesadillas are a flavor power house! Filled with crispy bacon, ranch dressing, and creamy gruyere cheese for the best balance of flavors. Serve these up for the fam for an easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped into small pieces
2 cups shredded chicken
2 cups Le Gruyere AOP cheese, shredded
½ cup ranch dressing
4 large tortillas
4 tbsp unsalted butter, at room temp

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet with 1 tbsp of butter of medium-low heat. Once the butter has melted add the tortilla to the skillet.
  2. Add ¼ of the bacon, chicken and gruyere cheese to one half of the tortilla. Drizzle with ranch dressing as desired. Fold the other half of the tortilla over the toppings and smash gently together. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the top is golden brown and crispy and the cheese has melted.
